Inventory and condition records
We build a written record of a collection item by item, noting condition, provenance and identifying details. The result is a document that can be used for planning, insurance discussions or estate work.
Collectibles advisory
We work with collectors and estates in Las Vegas to catalogue, assess and plan around collectibles holdings. Clear records, considered decisions, no pressure to buy or sell.
What we do
Each engagement starts with the collection as it stands. From there the work is documentation, valuation research and planning for what comes next.
We build a written record of a collection item by item, noting condition, provenance and identifying details. The result is a document that can be used for planning, insurance discussions or estate work.
We research comparable sales, auction records and current demand for the categories in a collection. Findings are presented plainly, with the sources shown, so the reasoning behind a figure is visible.
We look at a collection as a whole: where it is concentrated, where it is thin, and how it fits the owner's intentions. Recommendations are made in writing and left with the client to act on.
When a collection changes hands, we help plan the route. That includes selecting sale channels, sequencing releases, and preparing documentation for heirs, executors or advisors.
How we work
Nothing useful gets decided about a collection that hasn't been written down. Cataloguing comes before advice.
Every figure we present is tied to comparable sales or published records. Clients can check the work themselves.
We advise on holdings. We are not the counterparty to a sale, so the recommendation is the recommendation.
Collections and the people who own them stay private. Details are shared only with parties the client names.
Where we work
Based in Las Vegas and working with clients across the valley, with remote engagements handled by correspondence and photography.
